The Field Club Foundation Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit corporation. under chapter 617 of the Florida Statutes. Its purpose is to raise funds for the preservation of The Field Estate which has been officially listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the IRS code. The effective Date of Exemption was June 1, 2004. The corporation is governed by a board of directors separate from The Field Club Governing Board. The Foundation Board functions under its own bylaws and consists of nine persons each of whom is a member of the Club. Meetings are held periodically and funds raised are deposited and our invested pending their use in preservation and restoration projects.
